          I bought it because I wanted to have more information visible to me than the Purion controller that came with the bike. I also looked forward to the map, health and music functions that would be available through my iPhone and the hub. I have two complaints.

          One is that the holder for the phone is too small for the iPhone 11 Standard - if the after market case one buys is too thick and too wide in the portrait mode. Mine is in a reasonably-sized, expensive case that advertised survival from a 10 foot drop. This case and my iPhone 11 barely fits into the holder, but feels solid - until I hit the first significant bump at a speed of about 8 mph. The phone flew off the mount and skidded along the concrete bike path!! It survived!!! But to continue to have confidence in, and use of, the smart hub, I will have to take the phone out of the case or rig some kind of safety harness to keep the phone more secure.

          The other complaint is the apparent lack of a way to zero out the trip info (distance and trip time) from the cobi.bike app and a way to see the total mileage of the bike/Bosch motor. On the Purion controller I could re-set the trip info by holding the Plus and Minus buttons at the same time. Not so with the 5 button controller that comes with Smart Hub. I read their manual twice and could not find answers to these questions. I have a request to the Bosch e-bike support portal and if these two problems can not solved, I will downgrade my rating to two stars. If they can be solved, my rating will go to 4 stars. If they re-design the phone holder to accommodate a larger range of phones they will remain at 4 stars because on balance, I found Bosch's availability of technical information to be below par, compared to Shimano's and other manufacturers. One should not have to search You Tube for the information they need to operate Bosch equipment.

          For the record, I am absolutely thrilled with the performance of my Gazelle Ultimate T-10 bike with its Gen 3 Performance Line Motor, and I look forward to many miles of reliable performance that Bosch has engineered into every Bosh product I have owned.;
