The washers just look and feel cheap and it's always the mode of failure on these avid brake setups. You can get a set of 8 titanium washers for about $11 on aliexpress right now but you have to wait about 10 weeks for them to arrive. If you need these in a hurry you don't have much of a choice but to get them from here. However if you want to spend a little more (about double) for a more durable (titanium) washer set that's available with prime shipping look for "M6 convex concave washers".;
