1-1 fit on my norco optic. DonÔøΩt mess around with cheaper hangers. DoesnÔøΩt include screws nor is it supposed to.

I've bent four OEM hangers over the years two without ever feeling it happen. Wheels Manufacturing hangers hold up and I've never damaged a derailleur while using them.
However. the mounting screws they sent (I had to purchase separately from them at $1.75 ea.) don't fit the hangers properly and become the primary contact point for the thru-axle end cap. The correct head size screw is very hard to find; the cheapest I've found is a 2-pack for $11. Fortunately I still have/use the original screw that came with the bike but it's frustrating that neither Wheels M. nor their primary reseller (that I bought these through) has responded to my email about this.;
