Such a nice upgrade from the Praxxis that came with my Fuji Transonic. I rocked the stock set up for 3 seasons but they were noisy and not sturdy enough anymore. The BB along with the Ultegra cranks cassette and chain have this riding better than new. Needed special cup remover to get that Praxis out but Wheels uses a more common standard so that nice.;

For the bottom bracket better than I had hoped. I would suggest buying 2 tools though to get it tighter properly. Great product !;

Noises knocks skweeking etc.

No need for 2 tools
Just apply generous amount of grease on the thread;

This is the most clutch bottom bracket conversion out there. Was able to get shimano cranks on a PF30 Frame with no issue. Installing was a breeze. You may need two bottom bracket tools to hold both sides when tightening.;
