You would think a 45 year old company would understand customer service. I recently bought some Riot + cycling shoes for my daughter for X-mas. I had them mailed to her and she opened the package w/o realizing they were a present for the holiday. She loves the shoes but called me and said they were slightly small and she had used your 'string' method 2X to insure the fit. I told her I was appalled at the initial $25 shipping but because they are shoes by mail it must include those folks who get the fit wrong. Companies here bury that in the cost of the shoes or just include return in the purchase as a cost of doing business especially for the dicey issue of shoe fitting. I was wrong. Now she tells me in email discussions with one of your associates that not only do you expect another $25 but there's a 15% restocking fee!! Who still does this?? Maybe you don't have a US affiliate but this is crazy. If we comply we are out and add'l $80. This is unacceptable. Please do some 'customer service' to make this right. And study the market you're selling into. In the season of wonder peace and love
Sincerely Julian Kroin
p.s. I'm even more convincing 'live' but there is no phone # listed.;
