 This is a streamlined day-use Osprey backpack. It's about as small and as inexpensive as Osprey backpacks get but it's still an Osprey which means it's masterfully designed and built to last forever.

My wife and I have five Osprey backpacks between us and they last and last and never seem to wear. All Osprey backpacks come with a bulletproof lifetime warranty.

This particular pack has an interior sleeve that will easily fit a pad or 13-14-inch laptop. The back of the pack is well-ventilated with contoured foam covered by mesh allowing air to circulate. There is an easy-access front zippered pocket in addition to the main compartment.

A fine day pack--and in addition a pack which can be piggybacked on bigger Osprey packs. I've not tried this but I hear it's an excellent way to expand the utility of this little pack.;

Pros:
- One unpadded large compartment which can hold a hydration reservoir or tablet.
- Two stretch side pockets for holding bottle and umbrella.
- 2 cinch straps to compress contents.
- Removable waist strap.
- The backside of the pack is well designed for max ventilation.
- There is a smaller font pocket containing 2 small open pockets and a key clip.
- It also features a front strap which keeps the pack in place on my back while I’m running or biking.
- Carrying handle at the top and ventilated backpack straps.

Cons:
- None;

This is a cool looking handy little backpack. The way it’s laid out is very functional and the quality is good. I use it for easy day hikes and outings with the kids. It’s been great at Disney World for Geocaching and going to the park.It’s more expensive than I’m accustomed to but it looks and feels a lot better than my Jansport or my Amazon Basics packs and it’s priced similar to comparable packs. The back and shoulder straps are more airy which is great for hot weather. The cross chest strap is a must although I don’t often use the waist strap. What’s great is that this pack is also set up to be a hydration pack.;

This pack is just about perfect for a day trip. It is very light and well designed. I had no problem adjusting the straps to a perfect fit. To get that fit I suggest loosening the straps to the max then put it on and pull the straps to adjust.

I like the details. The zippers has connecters that are like finger rings which makes them very easy to find and use. The ends of the straps are sewn in such a way as to keep the latch from accidentally coming off during adjustment. There is a breathable rubber pad that fits the entire part of the pack that rests on your back for comfort.

It is well made from quality material. This bag is a real bargain!;

The one feature I really love about this is that the smaller pocket is on the top so if you only load that pocket the load won't interfere with your lower back if you are sitting on a chair lift. The straps are highly adjustable and the waist strap can be removed since a smaller load can often get away with just the sternum strap. Side compression straps also help keep things from moving around when you are not stuffed. Straps are super ventilated and the design of the top gives you a grab handle.;
