Absolutely quality, I could tell by the feel when I first got it that it was thick and durable and never felt any worries riding my bmx or putting excess force on it. I've been riding with it for about 3 months now and the only issue is how difficult it is to put tires due to the large rim size. That's hardly an issue, however, and a very fair compromise. This wheel was $50 more expensive when I bought it so I would definitely say it is well worth the money for any serious park or Flatlanding BMXer.;
