Not perfect but very good.

I wear these in case I fall (I'm 60ish years old) and they are quite comfortable and provide all the protection I need. I've fallen a few times with them and never gotten a scratch. My only complaint is that the chamois isn't the best fitting but perfectly acceptable. These are good quality light weight pad and I've bought two complete sets of elbow knee and compression bike shorts. I've tried all the other gform ones and these really are the best version (and the latest version).
