I bought this in July 2020 for my RaceFace Cinch BB (BSA Threaded) and kept it just for that purpose. I recently (Jan 2021) tried it for another bike with the SRAM DUB Bottom Bracket and it worked. I wish the notches were longer but I just had to make sure the tool is plugged in all the way and it is perfect.

Glad I was able to use this for more than one bottom bracket. LOL;

It has a ratchet drive it does BB cups and preload. Great simple little tool. Only thing is that on new BB cups the preload tool can get a bit of factory grease from the cups .
