I'm using this for my TRP HY/RD brakes and the two fittings for the plastic tubes are the M6 thread that fit those brakes. The black and silver adapters thread onto the ends of the M6 and size it up or down to M7 or M5. The clear plastic piece is a plug the tubing. There is one silver compression nut that slides over the tubing and threads onto the upper side of the M6 compressing the tubing and allowing for high pressure without the tubing popping off when you apply pressure. There is a clear plastic compression nut that does the same thing on the syringe end so both sides are completely secure. The second two images show those compression nuts loose and then fastened. I bought two kits so that I can push new fluid in one one side and capture the old in a second syringe as well as apply suction on that side to encourage bubbles to come out. Also once I have the old fluid purged I can reload the second syringe with fresh oil and push fluid back in the other direction to both push bubbles out and to slightly overcharge the system and set the pistons to the starting depth that matches my pads and rotors.
