If you have a bench table vise use it. It's not the easiest thing to just use a wrench. Not to mention you get a lot of leverage from using the vice compared to by hand.;

Great tool used it to take off my old freewheel and put a new one on fits like 16 tooth and up I believe;

* You need wrench for this thing to use. It won’t do the job on it’s own.

One thing that I don’t like about it is a coating. It’s not done properly. Eyes can tell.;
