I had some knock off cassette that I purchased on ebay (i didn't properly read the description and assumed it was a sunrace but it was a "zrace" 51 tooth. The shifting was atrocious so I purchased the wolftooth 11 which did help a bit but shifting was still unacceptable. I then ordered the cassette and the shifting is nearly flawless now. I will probably purchase a Shimano chain as well. I have the 46 tooth paired with the 30 tooth. I have a 42 tooth on my other bike and hope to upgrade to a 46 in the rear as well. It's a significant difference. I think a 51 tooth is unnecessary for most riders if you were considering such a monstrosity.
