The Animaster

3 stars because the merchant is reasonable and is legit. Otherwise this is guaranteed a no-go for my Trek ProCaliber 9.6 with Shimano 12-speed XT. Do yourself a favor and don’t try to be “cool” because “cool” will get you:
1. A noisier ride
2. Chain slip with the slightest backpedal
For the Shimano XT you should use a Shimano chain with the Hyperglide (HG) feature. Cheaper no noise no chain slip — boring as heck but it delivers performance.;
