Vittoria Randonneur were the original on my Gary Fisher Utopia hybrid when I bought it in 2001. I've but many many kilometers on since then and this will only be the 4th set I've replaced due to road and trail wear. They seem to be otherwise indestructible. I also appreciate that they added the reflective side wall (with a gap in the reflective tape to create stroboscopic motion) to improve visibility.;
