The Cane Creek crank preloader is designed to replace the plastic preload on your current crankset. Preloader is equipped with an aluminum preload ring, an aluminum inner thread ring, and a titanium 2.5mm hex fastening bolt.

  • Fits Raceface 30mm spindles, SRAM 30mm spindles, and SRAM 28.99mm DUB spindles
  • 7075 Aluminum thread ring

I use these on all my bikes with SRAM eagle dub cranks. The preloader that comes on the cranks is plastic and if you even slightly tighten it to much it snaps. This makes it so you never have to think about it again. If you do your own maintenance on your bikes then this will remove a little stress because not being able to ride over a small plastic ring is really annoying.
