CushCore is an engineered foam insert to be mounted inside a tire, designed to absorb impacts, reduce vibration and increase lateral stability. These characteristics translate to a more controlled, comfortable, and faster ride.

  • Fits tire widths 1.8" to 2.4" and inner rim widths 22mm to 32mm
  • Inserts reduce rolling resistance which allows for better forward momentum through rough terrain
  • Weight: 300 g
  • The system is designed to be used with tubeless-ready or tubeless converted rims and tires, and is compatible with tubeless tire sealants
  • A specially designed tubeless air valve is included with each insert; allowing air to move through the valve without becoming obstructed by the insert
  • The insert divides the inner volume of the tire in half, maintaining air underneath the tread and the foam insert next to the rim
  • Includes (2) 44mm CushCore presta air valves, valve core tool, installation instructions, and rim stickers

Es un excelente protector de llanta, versus la competencia de una calidad muy superior, el único problema es la instalación, ya que se hace muy complicada pero eso mismo hace que la confianza y seguridad entregada sea muy superior.;

Temía que fuera complicado de instalar, pero solo con ver el vídeo de instalación del fabricante fue bastante sencillo. De momento estoy usando 20psi en la rueda delantera y 25 psi en la trasera. Hasta ahora llevo dos salidas de unos 80km con 2.800m de desnivel positivo en cada una con segmentos de mucha roca.;
