Price was right and fit is perfect and comfortable for long rides. I finally decided to try 42mm shallow and compact bars. What a difference they make! These bars are not carbon but I can't imagine any property besides weight that I am missing. They replaced my 44mm older Nashbar anatomic bend bars. The 2mm narrower bars as well as a shallower drop have improved the overall fit and comfort of the bike.
