This seat post works great. It Makes adjustment so easy on the trail. Not recommend adjusting during riding on an unfamiliar and rough trail. Keep both hand on the handle bar.

this seatpost is perfect for me since i don't care about using it while riding. i like to be able to make seat height adjustments before i ride which is done with a simple lever(this post does not use a handlebar mounted remote) under the front of the seat.high quality post at a great price.
