These work as well as Shimano Ultegra shifters which I've used for 20 years (and still use on the left side of my bike) but at a fraction of price. And they look cooler too. I've bought both the 9 speed and 10 speed versions. Both work great. However when buying a single right shifter it only comes with a shifter cable--not a brake cable. I reduced it from 5 to 4 stars for this reason.;

This works very well. I installed this with old Shimano 9-speed components and once adjusted correctly it shifts and brakes excellent. Haven't had any issues with it and it seems to be of good quality. If I ever need another shifter I will definitely look for Microshift again.;
