Origin8 Supercell 26 x 4.0 Clincher Wire TPI 20 Black/Black Reflective

A really smooth and quiet ride from these tires..a little pricey but I caught a real deal as the price was reduced from $109 to $69.95 the second time I looked at it..but the price has gone back up since I bought mine. But they are the best tires for a smooth street ride experience.;

I bought a pair of these for my RAD Radrover Step-thru because the knobbies were loud and I knew they wouldn't last on pavement. Problem solved with the Origin8 Supercell tires. I'm sure they don't offer the ultimate grip of the knobbies but very few people will ever notice the difference.

I hate how expensive they are and they've gone up 10% since I bought mine. Eek.

Hopefully they'll pay for themselves in extra tire life.;

Love these tires. Very smooth quiet ride on pavement. But price is rather high.;

when fresh these tires feel sticky and roar when cornering. It takes a while to wear them in! After 25+ miles is when mine started to wear in and perform better. So far I like them. They are more quiet than knobby tires especially at high speeds 30mph+ my old knobby tires made an extremely loud humming noise. I can tell the difference of rolling resistance and it's easier to pedal.;

Good tire but watch the price. After my purchase I found the exact tire for 40$ less.;
