Schwalbe Aerothan Tube - 700 x 28 - 35, 40mm Presta Valve

Ich war nach der Suche nach einem „schnellen“ Schlauch der auf meinem Renner ein Tubeless ersetzen sollte.
Gelesen hatte ich dass zum Beispiel „BORA“ in 2021 mit Latexschläuchen fährt die wohl auch verdammt schnell sind!
Dann bin ich über den Arothan von Schwalbe gestolpert der ähnlich gute Ergebnisse erzielt und deutlich spürbar und messbar weniger Rollwiderstand verursacht wie ein schwerer dicker Standardschlauch für 28er Reifen.
Ich fahre damit auf einer „freien Rolle“ (selbes Bike) bei gleichen Watt schneller als im Vergleich mit Standardschlauch.
Zudem ist er auch noch leichter was aber nicht unbedingt mein primäres Ziel war.
Ob dadurch die Pannensicherheit eingeschränkt ist muss ich noch weiter testen...
Schwalbe hebt aber in der Produktbeschreibung diese positiv hervor.
Die Montage war super easy und die Qualität des Materials ist premium.
Allerdings muss es das schon einem Wert sein!
Wem ein langsamerer Schnitt etwas mehr Gewicht und weniger Komfort egal sind kommt mit nem „Standardschlauch“ bei nur einem Bruchteil des Preises sicherlich auch klar.
Spaß macht das Material aber schon!

Bought initially as a lightweight space-saving spare tube for the seat bag Aeothan was perfect. I used it for 650bx47 and 700x35 and they really made packing smaller possible and shaved a ton of weight (+100g IIRC). When repeated attempts to make Herse Extralight tubeless reliably airtight failed I installed Aerothan tubes and if the puncture resistance proves to be as claimed Aerothan may be a good alternative to tubeless because they're otherwise light and have low rolling resistance. Feel is more tubed than tubeless but honestly itÔøΩs a small thing anyway so no demerits there. Recommended!

È molto leggera e si monta comodamente non ho potuto verificare la resistenza alla foratura dato che ho fatto solo qualche centinaio di km
Peccato che non si trovino sul mercato le toppe in caso di foratura;
