      Used these to replace the worn out guide and tension pulleys on my older XTR and pleased with the results.;

      The G guide pulley (has lateral play in bearing and may have holes like spokes) is installed next to the derailleur body. The tension pulley has no lateral play and has a solid body installed at the end of cage plates. Make sure the pulleys are installed so rotation is in the direction of the arrows.;
