    Amazing stem upgrade!

Upon replacing the handlebar on my Polygon Siskiu T8. I stripped the stock stem (an apparent common mishap due to weak Entity stem metal and short screws). I upgraded to this Spank split stem and I am thrilled with the outcome! The blue matches the suspension adjustment knobs on the Fox 34 and rear Fox float beautifully! Very light weight superior construction. looks better in person.

    The perfect stem

30+ years in biking and many stems hanging in the tool box. Newer geometry on trail and enduro bikes make cockpit fitting even more impactful with steeper seat tubes putting you closer to the handle bar and slack head tubes reacting differently to 2mm change in length and height. The Split series stem offers the normal solution of mounting a handlebar to the steerer but it has a short stack height allowing it to be slammed or raised without as much concern of a shortly cut steerer it has a simple clamping mech with larger (5mm?) hardware for less chance of stripping and the cost is about 30% less than the comparative competition's stems if not half. Good looking and very functional. I dig it
