Bought this because I couldn't find an index shifter that actually worked. This one works perfectly on my front derailleur;

I have switched both our Trikes to use this friction shifter to shift the crankset much easier to control solves a lot of problems with shifting wish I would have switched when we were riding bikes.

The included cable is to short so I had to use 1 that I had. Not sure if even on a bike if the cable would be longer. at least 3 foot shorter than standard cable.

Get the shifter but have a spare cable on hand.;
