I have serviced Cannondale Synapse bikes with BB30A bottom brackets. Axle bearing combination are plagued with creaking issues. These replacement cartridge bottom brackets allow the use of Shimano FSA or RaceFace splined interface cranks in place of the stubby three piece Cannondale cranks. Bearing housing is well made and fits well in the bottom bracket shell. Note that Cannondale bottom bracket shells have two versions (68 mm and 73 mm) 2015 and later models use the 73 mm version Wheels Mfg. BB30A.;

this fit perfectly into my Cannondale BB30A bottom bracket shell. It runs smooth and silently. terrific upgrade from creaky BB30 bearings.;

I will always reccomend a Wheels MFG bottom bracket for anyone in the market for one. They are rock solid easy to install and don't creak.

That being said Cannondale are a strange bunch it's likely that your BB shell says BB30 but if you're like me and own a 2016 or newer SuperSix Evo Hi-Mod you need a PF30a because the BB shell diameter is 46mm. If you're in the market for a new BB for your Cannondale bike make sure you google which size shell you have so you get the right one.;
