The description says aluminum outer. These are plastic. They work but not what I was looking for.;

Got this to space a 73mm MTB crank spindle onto a 68mm gravel bike frame bb shell. Needed the extra 5mm to make it fit with 2.5mm of spacers on each side. So the 10x 0.5mm spacers were just the right amount. 4 stars only bc it's a tad overpriced for basically plastic washers.;

My dual leg Pioneer power meter had very tight clearance on my chain stay for my bike. I put on two 1mm spacers on my Ultegra R8000-series crankset on the left side and clearance improved. Easy to use appropriately sized.;
