bought this for budget 1x gravel bike I was building. I wanted square taper for ease of installation. I have about 650 miles on this now and for reference I'm about 190 lbs and can put out pretty good power. Also I do tons of climbing on my gravel routes. No problems w this crankset yet very satisfied
