 Worth it if you need a budget friendly derailleur. I had a Shimano Acera before this. After I went 1x8 instead of 3x8 I need something with a clutch. This works well. Took a little bit of adjusting and I had to fit a new chain. Overall I recommend it.;

Overall IÔøΩm pretty impressed with this derailleur (and shifter) for my daughterÔøΩs 24ÔøΩ hardtail. Chain drops are non-existent itÔøΩs easy to install and adjust and the clutch also prevents chain slap on rough terrain. However you canÔøΩt turn the clutch off. This is the first time IÔøΩve come across a clutch derailleur without and on/off switch so that was kind of surprising. It makes putting the wheel back on kind of a pain. I take her wheel off frequently to make cleaning easier and was also planning a second wheelset for gravel rides but I can see it getting annoying quick. If you donÔøΩt remove your rear wheel a lot this derailleur is an excellent choice. I may end up swapping it for a Microshift Acolyte or bump it up to the 9 speed Advent both of which have an off switch and shift just as precisely in my experience.
