I was tired of the usual gels for long cycling rides and opted for these. Taste is outstanding. Packaging superb. And best… look for potassium and magnesium in other gels.. and you’ll usually not find it. And it is natural in syrup! Who knew? Plus even some zinc. I will be buying more quickly as they get handed out to friends and consumed quick on my training rides. Awesome!;
