This is a headset and as such works. My bike steers now. As it's a drop in headset it's damn easy to install no tools required other than hex wrench to tighten it and a crown race setter (for bottom bit not this part).

Pros:

* Looks lovely I got the orange one.
* The top cap isn't flush but has room in it to pull the fork up into it so it acts like a cap with an integrated spacer. This looks nicer IMHO that having a spacer above the stem.
* Comes with a star fangled nut although that wasn't much use to me as I had a carbon steerer tube so needed to get a seperate compression plug. Don't put a star nut into a carbon fork folks!

Cons:

None - this is quality gear.;
