These run extremely narrow. I even ordered a size up because I have wider feet. I could squeeze my foot in but it could tell immediately that these would be extremely uncomfortable for any ride lasting more than five minutes.;

The 5-10 are an expensive MTB specific clipless shoe brand leveraging their experience and designer cache. You don’t have to buy the 5-10s If you don’t want to meet the MTB rider kit requirements. This shoe has perform flawlessly in the last month in it primary intention to keep me connected to my bike. I’ve learned how to jump corner and accelerate better with the it’s use. However the shoe is heavy and narrow in my feet. They are not easy for me to get in to or out of. Once they are on I am definitely connected to my bike.;
