The rack was drilled perfectly for easy installation. I had to add a little more spacers. This rack seems very strong and sturdy. I like the low center of gravity this rack offer.

I have had a Tubus Duo on one of my bikes for years. So I ordered another for another bike.

The new one I received did not have any way for me to attach an elastic and hook securely to the bottom.

So it is not useful for any of the panniers I have.

Unfortunately that means that I'll be returning it.

If you don't need to attach an elastic and hook the bottom of your panier then maybe this new revised Duo will work for you.;
