Well desisgned and wll made. Easy to install and remove. Worked perfectly. Kept hands warm on ride with sub-freezing temperatures and all I had on my hands was a pair of fingerless cycling gloves. (This is the FIRST time my hands have EVER been warm on such a ride and I've tried everything from skiing gloves to lobster mittens to cycling-specific winter gloves -- all with multiple layers and liners -- and none of those systems worked.) These things WORK. My only wish is that the handlebar plug-ends would fit in aluminum bars that have an inside diameter of 15.5mm. Otherwise these things are GREAT!
