Works like clip in peddle without having to change shoes;

The pedals hold you feet firm. They are easy to work with in getting them to fit properly. They are great for casual riding.
For first using them get a show with a stiff sole.;

We do some bike tracking. These straps give pedal stability without having to mess with clip and clunky clip in shoes. Makes exploring on foot a lot easier when you aren't riding. You lus they are easy to get your foot in and out. So I'm not a racer but it's a great product for me;

THESE GRIPS WORK GREAT WITH MY REALLY BIG FEET. I NEVER FELT SAFE ON MY MT BIKE WITH CLIP IN PEDDLES AND THESE GIVE ME GREAT SOLID FEEL ON MY PEDDLES AND ARE EASY TO USE AND EXIT;
