Setup is just a matter of sizing to your bike. If you have a large frame bicycle then then you may find you can’t space the rollers far enough apart. Riding the rollers takes much practice and for me the only speed I can go is fast. There is no coasting or lazy pedaling. Balance is everything. Slight leans will shift the bike off the rollers but as there is no forward momentum a foot down will catch your fall. It helps to lower the seat a bit until you get accustomed to riding on this.;
