I'm happy with my new roller.
Now, to train hard.;

Have had these rollers for 10+ years. Just now replacing the rubber band and bearings.

Only mild complaint is that stuff from my tires gets left on the aluminum rollers, which then have to be cleaned off.

Getting comfortable on rollers definitely takes practice at first. Would recommend putting them on a surface where you're ok if you come off the rollers the wheels wont leave marks on whatever is below. (I burned a mark in the carpet from a spinning wheel one time when I came off the rollers).;

I would recommend this product to any novice cyclist who is interested, sure getting on and riding rollers the first few times will be scary. Watch some Youtube videos for tips and do your first sessions by a wall so you can lean when you get a bit wobbly.

But putting the time in to get comfortable will be 100% worth it as the rollers really make you focus on your pedaling form, so that when you transition back to the roads you can put additional power into your pedal stroke.

This is a tough workout for a novice as I found I had to pedal a lot faster than I would outdoors to keep myself balanced but in the long run it builds stamina.

All in all a great buy to improve my overall cycling skills.;
