The Gold Energy Gels are amazing. It takes a lot to keep this little engine going on my high mileage runs. The taste is pleasant. The gel is thinner that the other Honey Stinger gels which I really enjoy and use. There is no need to drink fluids to wash it down. I very pleased with these gels.;

I usually train long ride on bicycle at good pace the Gold Energy is always loaded in my back pocked and really does provide the extra boost when needed this is a must have item if training seriously it is easily assimilated in the blood stream because of its natural content and goes to work almost instantly and as expected.;
