Arrived in good condition and fresh (before expiration dates) and none were broken. They had a pleasant taste. If you have difficulty eating hard foods this might be too hard for you. However I enjoy crunchy foods. I really liked them. Expensive but good quality.;

The flavor was really tasty with a yummy honey taste and they were also filling and easy to take along as a snack. Love the protein content in them - they were pretty satisfying. A great tasting bar that is good for post workouts or just as a snack. It has plenty of seeds though the protein middle is rather dense and takes a little effort to chew. I do find myself eating a couple bars though in spite of that. I really like the flavor and it satisfies my hunger and nut cravings.;
