i replaced the seals and the wipers which needed it. i pulled off a couple O-rings but realized they didnt even need replacing so i left the rest on.
Noticeably more smooth with new oil and seals unless your O-rings look dried out or something then i wouldnt bother. Seals and oil make the biggest difference. Now i have all the extra o-rings though.;
