As the headline says this is the tool you need to tighten (or loosen) a chainring lockring from any of the Shimano 12 speed mountain groupsets (XTR XT SLX Deore). Has an opening on the other side that fits 3/8 inch drivers which are common on many torque wrenches. I only wish this tool had been made from steel. Other than that and it works perfectly. Five stars.
