I returned this item because I was negligent and did not read the item description fully. Despite the picture for this item showing a complete chain tool it is only the drive pin. If you do not already own a Shimano chain tool (I do not) this particular item isn't going to help you out much. The seller was kind enough to accept the return even though it was basically my fault for not reading more carefully.;
