These are beautifully engineered sockets. I was just replacing belts on a 190K mile subaru...and found my self worrying that I might smudge the sockets. The knurled edges are very helpful for those bolts that can't quite figure out how resistant they want to be. This may sound corny but using tools of this quality adds a heightened dimension of satisfaction for even the most mundane of tasks. My next task is replacement of CV axles...which is a much more brutal task for sockets. Will update after this is done...;
