CushCore tubeless air valves are specially designed to work with a CushCore tire insert. The air passageway is T-shaped, rather than a simple through-hole, which prevents the insert from obstructing air flow through the valve.

Little cheaper than Muc-off valves but seem to work just as well. I removed one side of the tire from the wheel removed the tube put the CrushCore valve in tightened it up as finger tight as I could put a couple of ounces of sealant in the tire before putting tire back on wheel pumped it up with a hand pump rode around for 5 minutes done. These are made well and a great alternative to Muc-Off or any other respectable valve currently in the market.
