Product looked perfect on arrival but arrived later then schedule since seller ships with ONTRAC so I wasn’t able to install it and missed my ride weekend. Sent back in the original package two weeks ago but no update from the seller. I’ve reached out but they aren’t being responsive at this time.;

I used this to upgrade my DT Swiss 240 (unbranded components on a Bontrager wheelset) 9-speed free hub to an 11-speed.

It is a direct replacement of the cassette body and works perfectly. I called around to several bike shops and none of them seemed to understand what I was trying to do or think that it was possible. I even spoke to several of their 'head mechanics' whose only suggestion was to contact DT Swiss after they tried to sell me an entire hub assembly. If you have a cassette lock ring tool you can do this swap in about 5 minutes. Shipping was super fast from Planet Cyclery.

This was just what I needed to update my 16 year old road bike from Shimano 600 9-speed to the newest Shimano 105 11-speed.;
