Es una espuma de unos 3mm de espesor y por una cara lleva cinta adhesiva que no pega mucho aunque limpies bien la cubierta por dentro me he llevado un pequeño desengaño aún así la he puesto y acompañada de una cámara antipinchazos a ver que tal;

The adhesive side of the strips is quite good at adhering to the tyre but how well it sticks depends on the coating of the tyre on the inside. I fitted strips to 2 different types of tyres and found that washing with detergent or wiping the inside first with alcohol gel improved how well it stuck. I think new tyres must have some residual wax on the inside surface which could limit adhesion. Also you need 2 pairs of hands (someone to help you) if you're treating a folding tyre - to keep the tyre semi-rigid as you put the strips on.;
