If you don't want to have to clean and lube your FREAKING QR skewers internal cam is the way to go. This matches the rest of my 105 parts. I have to say that these don't stop with a very satisfying "thunk". They feel a bit squishy at the end of the travel. I also think that for this price if they're going to be this heavy then the lever action should be more positive. Also my fork suddenly started juddering VERY violently when braking hard on steep (-5 to -10% grades). I tightened them up much more than I do with my oem skewers and the judder was reduced but not gone. I'd say that almost is a deal breaker for me. Braking power is severely reduced when this judder happens. I'll switch to my old skewer and see if it still happens. If it does I'll update this review.;
