Exactly as specified in original shimano box factory sealed plastic.
32Hole hubs seem hard to come by. So that is why rather than a coaster brake I am converting my fixie to a front disc. Cheaper and easier;

I forgot to service my bike for a year and then found you really can't gt the 515 anymore. I used youtube to get it installed and seems to be nice and hopefully will last another 10 years ...you will need to use different length spokes if you are changes from 515;
