TheyÔøΩre valves and stems and they work. They fit my 77mm and my 88mm aero wheels fine and seem to hold pressure perfectly against my rim tape.

I was setting up some Reynolds carbon wheels up for tubeless and bizarrely despite being supposedly tubeless ready the tubeless kit that came with the wheels did not have the correct valves (they were way too short). So I picked up this set which is the longest I could find. They are pricey but if you have aero wheels you will need these.
