The Air-Liner is a foam-based, reusable insert for tubeless tires designed to protect the rim, enhance grip and prevent punctures. The system provides unmatched bump compliance, while ensuring bead lock at lower pressures. In the event of air-loss, the Air-Liner insert is designed for run-flat use.

  • Air-Liner Road increases the safety of tubeless-ready tires by locking the bead of the tire into the rim, reducing the likelihood of burping at the bead
  • Features a complete hoop as well as a hexagonal cross-section shape, both of which are designed to lock into a 700c road wheel and provide a very positive bead lock on tubeless tires
  • Size Small fits 25mm tires
  • Enhanced rim and tire protection, allows for lower tire pressures, and run-flat capability to always get you back home
  • Designed to be used with sealant – preferably without ammonia

Works well BUT!

These liners work very well but it is real wrestling match to mount and dismount the tires. I want to like these but the hassle of tire mounting and dismounting is just not worth it to me. I literally had to cut my Continentals to get them off to change tires.

Proofs in the pudding. The airliners did thier job. I didn't get a flat to experience their abilities but i was able to run much lower pressures. Almost 20psi lower. The ride was smooth and supple even over rough terrain (poor maintained roads) i do like the piece of mind they provide as some of my rides tend to take me on a journey. I still carry a tube and other equipment because as they say "you never know" Fitting the liners to the rim was a bit of work but nothing any cyclist isnt use to especially if you're already running tubeless. Be sure to use the valves that are included as they are designed to work with the liner. A standard valve will only get clogged by the liner as you put air in the tires. Inflation was simple and quick with a standard pump. I have included two of my rides to show their is no difference with them installed. The rides are same roads. One is clockwise (second photo) and the other is counter clockwise (first photo). Hope this helps those out who are interested.
