The basic FSA Adventure square taper 46/30 cranks are lighter even with the cartridge bottom bracket. And they are probably all you would ever need as your frame is designed to flex so worries over having you spindle flex are kind of moot unless it’s creaking. In which case, I would just take out the cartridge and grease it or replace it. The only advantage to the FSA Omega Cranks that I can see is cosmetic. And the also have a hollow spindle that is thick walled but with a smaller outer diameter than a lot of other hollow spindle crank sets so be sure to get the actual FSA bottom bracket. Which will most likely NOT come with spacers for use on a 68mm bottom bracket shell. So if you are buying this make sure to add the new bottom bracket and spacers to your cart. Which, at that point, you could most likely buy a lighter crankset with an included bottom bracket which would probably even have the spacers as well.;
